Me is Mine

Sound good? Here's how to get started:

1) Create a Recipient Account

Set up is simple! Email us at monetize@youdata.com providing the information below:

1) Blog name (as you would like it to appear in the adget)
2) Quick description (for anyone who would like more info on your blog)
3) MeFile ID (not required, but if you have one, we can link your accounts)
4) PayPal account email (where should we send your money?)
5) Blog URL (link to your blog)
6) Your blogging platform (Blogger, WordPress, TypePad, SquareSpace, etc.)

Currently, PayPal is our only way to send money.  If you do not have or want a PayPal account, our system will keep track of your earnings until another payment option is available.

Once approved and set up, we will reply with the embed code ready to copy/paste into your blog site. Easy!

2) Create your own MeFile™ account. (Optional)

If you don't already have one, we suggest creating your own MeFile and seeing what the system is like first-hand. After all, you are a consumer too. Your attention is valuable. Claim it as your own and corner the market on you!

SIGN UP today.

3) Embed (copy/paste) a YouData Adget onto your blog site.

After your Recipient Account is created, you will be provided with embed code for our "5-Stack" Adget that can be copy/pasted onto your site.

YouData Adgets (widgets for ads) are non-invasive, plain vanilla wrappers for your MeFile visitors to access their own ads at your site.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR "SKINNY" SIDEBARS:
The image to the right reflects the actual size of the 5-Stack Adget. The dimensions are set to 234 x 495 pixels to accomodate five standard IAB Half-Banner graphics, the size in which advertisers are submitting for artwork. Unfortunately, for some sites this may require some expansion or redesign.

4) Get your share as your readers sell their attention.

Within YouData's system, MeFile owners and relevant advertisers deal directly in a cash transaction for MeFile attention. When this transaction occurs on your site, you benefit with a cut of the action.

The blogger/host gets paid 2 ways:

1) Impression Splits.
When the MeFile owner reveals the graphic ad banners and collects the per-ad impression payment of $0.05 (up to $0.25 total if full 5 ads present), YouData pays the host blog an additional $0.02 per banner (up to $0.10 if 5 ads present).

2) Visitor Tips/Donations.
Following the banner impression, the text portion of each ad is revealed. The Give/Keep slider that appears near the top of the adget represents the "tip-jar" functionality where a MeFile visitor can set how much of their click-through proceeds to split with the hosting blog/site.
